The World Special Olympics are being held in Boise this year so I couldn't pass up on the marvelous opportunity to go there and support my platform. Trina, Mrs. Eastern Idaho, her daughter Hailee and I went down there to help out with the Family Ambassador Program where we welcomed those coming to Boise to support their athletes from outside states and countries. We were able to meet, greet, and speak with some Irish people at the airport who came to town for the Olympics. It was a great weekend! Everyone was wearing these blue and white scarfs to support the athletes and the athletes wore them too!
